Terms and Conditions:

There is an 18- month minimum term that applies to the Eyecare Plan agreement but we hope you continue to see value in your comprehensive eyecare provisions and discounted products. 

 

We understand that circumstances can change, so in the first instance please talk to us if this plan is no longer right for you. In the event of cancelling early, the remaining balance becomes payable within 30 days. In the unlikely event it becomes necessary, we reserve the right to instruct an external debt collection agency, for which you will be liable for any cost incurred. 

 

Payment for the plan is via direct debit. We use a company called Go Cardless to collect the direct debit and this is what will appear on your bank statement. We complete a secure online direct debit mandate with GoCardless which requires your Name (we may detail this as the Plan member if different) address, email address, sort code and account number.  Beyond your 18month minimum term, we reserve the right to review our fees and plan benefits. For any change to be applied to your direct debit amount you will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

GDPR: All details are stored securely with GoCardless, are confidential and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the Staff of Romsey Eyecare. Once saved, your bank details remain blanked out and confidential. An email confirmation will be sent to you from GoCardless on the day of joining and further emails will be sent whenever a subscription is applied or changed.
