Eyecare Plans Ts & Cs

There is an 18- month minimum term that applies to the Eyecare Plan agreement, but we hope you continue to see value in your comprehensive eyecare provisions and discounted products. Beyond the 18-month minimum term, the plan will continue monthly. 

 

We understand that circumstances can change, so in the first instance please talk to us if this plan is no longer right for you. Cancellations beyond the 18 months may be made by giving us 1 months prior notice. In the event of cancelling earlier than the 18 months, the remaining minimum term of the eyecare plan (or the discounts received if totalling less than the remaining term) becomes payable within 1 month.  For cancellations made within 6 months of purchasing glasses, we reserve the right to recoup the discounts applied. In the unlikely event it becomes necessary, we reserve the right to instruct an external debt collection agency, for which you will be liable for any cost incurred. 

 

Payment for the plan is via direct debit. We use a company called Go Cardless to collect the direct debit and this is what will appear on your bank statement. We complete a secure online direct debit mandate with GoCardless which requires your Name (we may detail this as the Plan member if different) address, email address, sort code and account number.  You will receive confirmation of your direct debit mandate directly from GoCardless. Beyond your 18month minimum term, we reserve the right to review our fees and plan benefits. For any change to be applied to your direct debit amount you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. An email confirmation will be sent to you from GoCardless on the day of joining and further emails will be sent whenever a subscription is applied or changed. 

GDPR: All details are stored securely with GoCardless, are confidential and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the Staff of Romsey Eyecare. Once saved, your bank details remain blanked out and confidential.
