JOB TYPE:  Full time

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL: ​

• Have extensive experience dispensing various lens types for a wide range of prescriptions

• Be a people person with a passion for learning new things

• Have excellent communication skills and be good at explaining / resolving prescription queries

• Be happy to think outside the box and go above and beyond to get things just right

• Have a passion for driving a thriving business forward as a team player

RESPONSIBILITIES: ​

• Dispensing spectacles for patients with accurate measurements and superb fitting

• Lab work, organisation and spectacle assembly

• Contact lens teaches, ordering and recommendations

• Ordering lenses direct from suppliers for optimum outcome

• Problem resolution to delight our patients 
• Enjoy specialisms such as bespoke frames, myopia management, sports lenses and colorimetry
• Interpretation of KPIs to drive team training topics and support 
• Meetings with business owner to decide forward strategies and development

SALARY: 

Up to £35,000 dependent on experience
